Day Fifty Seven, March 20, 2011

[caption id="attachment_282" align="aligncenter" width="1024" caption="here's to looking at things differently"][/caption] The longer we live on this planet, the more fixed we become. We grow habits that are very difficult to change, we tend to look at things in the same way and we do things similarly again and again while firmly resisting change. We fear change and we find our comfort and security in what we already know.  This year I choose to try and do things differently. I try to challenge myself to see, do and think differently. So far it is one of the most difficult endeavors I have ever tasked myself with. photo taken today: Yangpu Bridge in Shanghai—杨浦大桥, is among the world's longest bridges, with a total length of 8354 meters. Its longest span of 602 m makes it the 4th longest cable-stayed bridge in the world. It was completed in September 1993 and opened in October.
