Part of living in Shanghai is getting used to seeing the somewhat strange foods sold in the markets around town! Today, I found Pig's snouts being sold next to ears, intestines and chicken's feet. I asked a lady who was standing next to me about them and she swore they were delicious...I did not buy them :)
I colorized this to make it a bit less brutal to look at..

I love the picture! I know how the snouts look like in reality but thanks to the coloring it’s almost tolerable to look at 😉
Love the color & now you have me curious as to how they taste
I don’t think I will be trying it in this lifetime! I keep thinking of ‘Babe” 🙂
