Tonight, I'm thinking deeply about the act of letting go. The image above is a personal one—a moment I captured of myself in a spontaneous leap, in Lebanon, suspended for a brief instant, completely free. It's symbolic of where I find myself right now: in a stage of transition, shedding old ideas, releasing thoughts and beliefs that no longer resonate or fit the evolving shape of my internal world.
About a month ago, I immersed myself intensely into the world of artificial intelligence. If you’ve been following the rapid developments in AI, you will know it's relentless—moving at speeds that are fascinating yet, at times, overwhelming. As I watch this technology unfold, I can't help but reflect on what this means for us as humans, how deeply intertwined we are with what we create, and what it signifies about our collective consciousness.
AI, after all, is just a mirror we hold up to ourselves. It’s a reflection of our possibilities, our fears, our aspirations. So the big question circling my mind lately is: where are we going next? Who will we become in the years to follow? What will this world look like? I have no firm answers—I find myself simply watching, absorbing, learning without judgment, and feeling deeply curious about what will unfold.
In the meantime, I'm exploring ways in which I can leverage these new tools to enhance creativity, to express myself more fully, and yes, even to carve out more moments to pause and smell the flowers. Maybe that's the point after all—using these leaps in technology not to distance ourselves from nature, but to reconnect deeply and authentically with it. Perhaps nature will ultimately triumph, gently reminding us to ground ourselves in moments of quiet beauty, despite the rapid pace of our world. Until then, I watch and wonder, ready to embrace whatever comes next.

I have used AI, for specific tasks: analysys, structuring data, and translation. The latter being reasonably good, until AI starts inventing another story.
(I have just canceled my ChatGPT account because of Sam Altman’s support of you-know-who.)
It’s just a tool. Well used it can open avenues… Let’s use it.
Yes, let’s see where it all takes us.
