Every Spring around this time, we have a wonderful time shopping in the busy Shanghai markets for Easter decorations and materials for making crafts. It has become a tradition over the last 5 years we spent in Shanghai, and we start getting into the spirit of fun bright colors weeks in advance. This year we have in the plans: an Easter tree, a wacky egg hunt in the gardens, egg coloring sessions, making little chickens,...you get the idea :)
But the markets here are such a treasure chest of color and ideas, like my favorite one near Yuyuan with endless tight corridors of booths filled with every craft lover's dream materials. I usually take a friend with me like Sabrina to hold me back!
Happy Spring!!!

What cheery photos. I love the colors. What nice ideas for spring and Easter decorations.
Thank you Kathryn!
