Another orbit around the sun is about to be completed yet again and I have the sense it is moving too fast. I don’t know if you measure the year like Lea and I do with events, important happenings, like birthdays, first day of summer, school beginning and ending, Christmas… But having these markers along the way can sometimes make the elastic time feel as though it moves at head spinning speed. What new wonders will this new year bring I wonder…
When my kids were younger, we moved from scheduled one school event to the next. It’s different now that school is done. But life remains hectic. They leave home and you are out of touch. Thank goodness for the internet. Good shot.

Lovely photo again Mimo. I remember as a child my mother saying to me that when you get older time will go much faster. I thought how could that possibly be…time is time…but she was right , as I have aged time does indeed rush past all too quickly.
It sure does, maybe because we want it to slow down whereas children want it go go faster, “are we there yet?”…
